Created back in 2004, I believe was the 3rd game I coded with BlitzBasic (which later became BlitzPlus for those who know it by that name instead). Quite obviously inspired by coin-op classics such as Sinistar, you are a space pirate penetrating secured asteroid mines to collect valuable blue crystals for money. In hot pursuit are zone destroyer ships that will try to take you out. Watch out for the area harvester ships that will try take your crystals. Destroy both of these ships to collect fuel canisters as they are a necessity to keep your shields up and your ship supplied with power. Avoid bombs destroyed ships may leave behind, they take away a large amount of your ships power! Some ships may leave money behind (dollar signs) when destroyed, collect these for extra income points! Just keep an eye on your power cells in the lower right corner, if your power runs out its game over! How much money can you make?

:: How To Play ::

Use your keyboard or game pad to control your ship. Use the cursor/arrow keys or d-pad/analog to rotate and thrust. Tap Left CTRL/Button 1/A to fire. Press/Hold Left ALT/Button 2/B to use spinning shot. Press Space to pause the game and ESC to quit at anytime. The aim of the game is to shoot, shoot, shoot! Blast those huge asteroids to collect the target amount of crystals in each zone, then warping to the next one - Have Fun!

The game download below is a zipped archive. This makes it easy to delete when you are done with the software. Once downloaded, go to the location where you downloaded the file. Right click and select 'Extract All' to unzip the archive. Open the unzipped folder and click the app icon to run the game. If you get a warning message and the game won't run, right click the app and click 'Troubleshoot Compatibility', then tinker with the different settings - Enjoy!
