Magenta/Green 3D Glasses
|

The glasses above are
Magenta/Green formatted style lenses for use with H+Soft
Arcade. These glasses are professionally made from a
durable cardboard with the magenta lens placed over your
right eye and the green lens placed over your left, giving you the correct and clearest depth
results for all H+Soft Arcade 3D games. You can find
these glasses at lots of online stores, just do
a web search on 'Magenta/Green 3D Glasses'. The
only problem ordering 3D glasses, is you usually have
to order 10 pairs or more with a flat rate
shipping, which can get very spendy. We always have
several of these 3D glasses, unused and in the
box around for development of 3D games and our
users if they want them. If you
would like to buy some just
Contact Us and
we'll work out a price.

Make
Magenta/Green 3D Glasses
|

It's easy to make
Magenta/Green 3D glasses from stuff you may have
around the house. All you really need is a
couple of permanent markers and pair of cheap
toy, novelty, reading or sun glasses with
plastic lenses. The permanent markers you will
need will be of a Magenta (Berry) and a Green
color (pictured above). On the left we
used a pair of ordinary safety glasses. Most
people can obtain these from the work place.
With the glasses facing you (like the picture
above) color the left side Magenta and the right
Green. Make sure you get the lenses dark, the
darker the better. On the right, we used a pair
of cheap plastic reading glasses. Don't color
the lenses on any tinted, polarized or magnified
lenses, it does not work well, and it's not good
for your eyes! Instead, get a sheet of clear
transparency or presentation film (like the
sheets used on an overhead projector). Carefully
pop the lenses out of your glasses. Trace the
lenses on the transparency film with a black
permanent marker. Next, color the newly traced
lenses with your magenta and green markers.
Get them as dark as you can. Now, get a pair of
scissors and carefully cut out the new lenses
and pop them into the frames of your
glasses. Now, make sure your glasses look like
the picture above with lenses on the correct
sides. You're done! Go try out your new home
made 3D glasses!
